We visited adoptable dogs today, which was a huge mistake. Dan and I fell in love with the dog pictured here. Her name was Marley, and she's probably meant for us, and now we can't get her because of "clear expectations" and "follow-through."
In other news, this challenge has been sublime. I've loved it a lot. Thanks, blog BFFs!!

ReplyDeleteMaybe you could keep the dog, but the boys couldn't look at or touch her until they were able to sleep in their beds.
ReplyDeleteYou will find the perfect dog when it is time. Dogs are so fun.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the perfect dog when it is time. Look at those faces! They will decide to sleep if you keep tempting them with real puppies at the doggie park.
ReplyDeleteI hate follow through.
ReplyDeleteThat dog was pretty cute. I liked that white part on his chest.
He was a good size too.
At first I thought Mac was Shef in that foto!
Why thanks, SavvyMom! Always nice to get a shout out!
ReplyDeleteI miss Marley and I hate this stupid "being a responsible parent" crap.
Everyone seems very happy in the photo. Marley would make a nice addition.
ReplyDeleteSomeday we'll find a perfect dog. Thanks for the support, pals!
ReplyDeleteOh, this guy is cute! His ears are awesome and the wrinkles on his face are the best.
