I tried it, and I wasn't bad at all. I saw many students, but I just said hello like it was no big deal and I belonged there.
It was after school, so Rach came down to say hello; and then we caught a few minutes of the JV basketball game. I could actually see the game from the treadmill. Not bad.
My sister-in-law swims during her prep period! She actually gets in a bathing suit while there are classes in the pool. I can't even imagine. That's only when she's injured though.

Try it. I think it would be good for teens to see that their teachers do exercise.

but the running was totally fine. and free. and i can do it after school and still get the boys on time.
