The End

This may have been the longest blog break I've ever taken.

Here's the problem: the summer was absolutely insanely busy. And tomorrow, I do maybe the dumbest thing I've ever signed up for, ever in my entire life: a 12-person 191-mile relay. 10 of the 12 people are strangers and this is not even for a good cause. Also, one of my legs will be at like 3:30am.

And now, the summer, busy as it has been, is coming to an end. I'm both looking forward to and dreading going back to school. I think my motto will be, "Get it done." Also, I will sprinkle in some, "I did it!s"

This will be a great year, I'm pretty sure. As long as I stay hidden in my room.

I'm glad you're back. Remember that Amy Rosenthal comment about "Ta da!" I've been using "Ta Da!" a lot lately.

The running thing sounds like a fun wild thing to do. Run like the wind lady.

Good luck and have fun this weekend! I have always wanted to do Ragnar. You'll be able to accomplish both "get it done" and "I did it" when you're all finished.

So glad you are back! I was getting a bit worried. The relay sounds kind of hairy, but from reading about your marathons, you'll hang in there, and even have more to blog about! Good luck with the start of school. You'll rock!

Good luck KC! Also, I think this year should be "funnest year ever." And, proper grammar be damned.

The original "granny" always said..."Don't do it right, but get it done!" She will be smiling at you all year!

Go! Go! Go! You can do it! Dumb, maybe, but I am looking forward to hearing about it!

Sent Shef a letter at camp....just hope he gets it! At his age, you did a gymnastic camp and loved it. Kids grow up fast! Love, Mom
