Here's a little story from the other day:
"Mom," Shef asked, "when they say 'take it in the nuts' does that mean the penis or the butt?"
And that's how I got to explain about the scrotum and testicles.
"OH!" Shef said, after several clarifying questions. "It's the BALLS!"

LOL. We've had similar discussions over here. I explained testicles before but he still confuses testicles with intestines. Someone told a story once and used the word intestines and Tre just shot me a confused look. I could barely stop laughing long enough to explain.
Nice. Good reasoning skills there.
