Not Your Fault But Mine

After I finished the narrative comments for my students on Wednesday evening, it was time to get to work on the NCTE proposal. That's due tomorrow morning at 8am. Now that Rachel and I have finished that, it's time to get to work on materials for my big three-day observation next week. I'm teaching a book that I haven't read since I myself was in 8th grade. I have to have fantastic lesson plans that highlight all my strengths.

Lucky for me, I have an appointment with my psychic this weekend. I hope my spirit guides want to tell me that everything's going to be fine. Also, I hope they want to tell me that Mac's going to start sleeping through the night and going to bed smoothly. And also that global warming will be solved and that Bachelor Ben finds eternal happiness.

I think you should have the psychic focus on merely one of those, and I'd like it to be global warming or Mac sleeping through the night, preferably global warming... just saying.

I vote for Mac sleeping through the night. I have a feeling he's ready.

Nice work on the NCTE proposal. I didn't do it. I'll regret that come November, but maybe I'll just be there to watch you and Rachel in action.

I'm with Jessie. I really do not understand how you function.
I decided at the last minute to submit too, so hopefully we will all get in and hang in Vegas, baby.

Doesn't anyone on here care about Ben except us???

Mitz and I put in a proposal too. Right down to the wire. We're all going to have fun in Vegas, my least fave city!

I care a little about Ben, but I don't think he's going to find happiness here. I have a bad feeling about this, IR!

I think what you meant was, "Now that I've finished our proposal without any help from my slacker co-presenter."
