I've been having calendar problems. There are a bunch of little things that I'm supposed to do or have been invited to. I note these in my mind, and then I promptly forget about a billion other things that conflict with that first thing.
This is cumbersome, and it makes me feel stupid. I even have a calendar online to help, and I'm still messing up all the time. Luckily, I just read a book about what to do when you screw up. It said to practice acceptance. Deep cleansing breath. Move on.
As such, I went to candlelight yoga last night. This is a mix of Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is clinically proven to lower cortisol and burn belly fat, so on top of the zen, there's that.

First off, what's the book?
And last.... I need to get into some yoga.
In summary, I feel it's going to get busier for me really soon and it's freaking me out a little.I'm trying to focus on the sankalpa of the year.... I live each moment with creativity and confidence. I say it about 1000 times a day.
The book is Golf is Not a Game of Perfect. I know it sounds like not the greatest or most relevant book, but it's really about approaching each day with confidence and acceptance.
